We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition
• free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
• with original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive instructions and updates regarding your return or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING

A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from refunds.

We offer free shipping on exchanges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders that originally qualified for free shipping and are returned below the $100 free shipping threshold

may have the standard shipping cost deducted from the refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• jewelry
• accessories
• hats
• intimates
• gift cards
• all items included in our Sale section/category
• items marked FINAL SALE

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the

original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional

processing time before the refund appears in your account.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery

at Shop@havenandwest.com and we’ll make it right.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Online orders may also be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase.
