Shipping + Store Pick Up

SHIPPING POLICY

At Haven + West, we want your order to arrive quickly and seamlessly.

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 within the United States.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

after your order confirmation is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We offer FREE local pickup at our Grand Haven store location.

Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Orders are typically ready within 1 business day,

and you’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information

so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email,

please contact us at shop@havenandwest.com with your name and order number

and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Some shipping carriers have limitations when delivering to P.O. Boxes.

If there is an issue with your shipping address, we will contact you directly

to help arrange an alternative delivery option.
